The diversity. Every day is different. I have customers on the line from all over the country. These are mainly questions about our stock. That contact is very diverse, and every question is different.

This notebook is my mascot because…

It is my memory aid. When I have a customer on the line and I need to quickly jot something down, I grab my notepad. Or I write down product numbers that I need to process later.
